The new HSP-Prod(uction) Plotter was developed for the high demand of small series / small run - production. A integrated elevating table with sheet alignment unit feeds and aligns the single sheets during uncrewed, continious production. After the cutting and creasing process the sheets (no nicks needed) will be placed on another elevating table used for downstacking. All the material is moved and positioned simultaneously/parallel to the cut- and creasing process. A flexible transport carpet is used to move the cut blanks which are cut without nicks. This allows a fast and simple stripping process after the stacking of the processed sheets. Together with the new High Speed Glue System Typ HSGS (see sep. datasheet) the HSP-Prod forms a real solution for your demands in the production of small series.
